CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. The customer will have to pay the price of the first night if he/she cancels during the 14 days before the arrival date. If the customer does not show up, he/she will have to pay the full price of the reservation.
